Todays weigh is 15st 11lbs. My target is 14st 7lbs. 18 lbs is the target weight loss, at a rate of 2lbs per week I intend to weigh 18 st lbs. So in 5 weeks time I should be 15st 1lbs on the 24th of May. And on the 21st of June I will be 14st 7lbs. How will I do it: Maintain a food diet, exercise, healthy eating.....based on the weight watchers points system.
I will weight myself every Saturday morning and record any changes....I will stay away from the weighing scales on a regular basis.
