Weigh In

Well today I weigh 16st 10lbs 0r 234 lbs or 106.36 kilos. I did not do the body fat...
Exercise did not come easy today I am on two 12 hour night shifts this week so my body and mind is all over the place.... I just managed a 30 min walk on the prom, the weather was windy and cold....such is Ireland in the Autumn... I still haven't laid out my training plan, I'm just too tired to think even now at the start of my 2nd shift I am completely zoned..Still only 11 hours to go.I think tomorrow when I get up I am gonna do an hour on the cross-country to wake up and spend some time in the pool gonna take it easy.....

1st day or night back at work....and new training and food regime...

Well I missed a weigh in blog last week didnt see the gym either spent 5 days surfing though and I actually did surf well if only for a few seconds. It was slow progress with each step being a kinda self-realisation. I also went drinking on several nites, what I ate depended on restaurants people etc. Tomorrow I will fill out the weigh-in details for this week. Also I have to start a new training program and food programme. I am gonna spend the next few days thinking of what I am gonna do..... (as the body-for-life programme is not quite right for me yet.... If ever)...So a little bit of thought has to go into the next one...food and training....

Weigh In still the same

Today is weigh in day I weigh 16st 11lbs, 235 lbs or 106.42 kg. Also using my Omron I got a average fat percentage 25.1 out of 3 readings.So there is no change....
On Thursday and Friday,I struggled to go to the gym. On Saturday, I did not feel well. I felt extremely tired and worn out... I think I may have overtrained. So this week, I have just done 30 to 60 mins walk instead every day. I think also attempting exercise after 12 hours work is not in my best interest. So I am gonna look at a 4 day plan.. For Sunday to Wednesday as these are my days off.. or maybe only workout on Friday leave Thursday and Saturday out of the equation and a light exercise for Thursday to Saturday ie a 30 mins to 60 mins walk. I will have to think about this.... Also I am going on holiday this week Saturday to Saturday, Im going surfing for the week....Plenty of exercise... Its gonna a make or break my surfing ambitions its training for beginner/intermediate should be good.

Weigh In

Well today is weigh in day I weigh 16st 11lbs, 235 lbs or 106.42 kg. Also using my Omron I got a average fat percentage 25.1 out of 3 readings. A drop of 3 lbs pretty good. Happy days. Altogether I have dropped 41.5 lbs thats a lot.
How do I feel well my clothes dont fit.I look a hell of a lot leaner. I have more energy.Imagine walking around with 41.5 lbs of pure lard. No wonder I feel better.


I will be 14st 7lbs on March 2008, 203 lbs or 92.27 kgs. Another 32 lbs to go.Then I will start my marathon training.....

Im still trying the body for life plan. Weight training Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Cardio on Tuesday and Wednesday. A walk on Saturday and Sunday.

I have tried to increase the protein in my diet by using a protein supplement, whilst still eating healthy lean protein. When I get a chance I will describe my diet.....

Well Saturday Night I went out...

On Saturday night, It was one of my housemates birth day well a result I went drinking...Flashbacks of how I used to be.... I drank around 10 pints lager/cider dont remember much from the nite and to top it all the nite wasnt that great. I felt like shit the next day, I couldnt sleep to get ride of my hangover, I couldnt go to the gym. I am still not 100% even today, Though I did go to the gym monday. Lessons to be learnt just say no haha...
And now the really bad news I am working two nights and two days this week. Why did I agree to this am I stupid or what. Its gonna take a lot of me and now they are talking about working Sunday as well.......damn them all to hell. Oh well I suppose it will be more money.... Weigh day tomorrow I really dont expect much after Saturday flash of stupidity....And the nights shift will leave me unbalanced as well. Oh well such is life...
