Weigh In

Bit late this week so Im 16st 4 lbs or 228lbs or 103.41906
with a body fat percentage of 23.9%
Still is this correct or what still progress is progress.....

Energy rating? Bathroom Scales?

Well this week I had a Blood testing- Food Intolerance testing....
My father did this and lost 2-3 stone and overall he feels a lot better...
I have heard other favourable reviews, A lot of people have had very positive results, provided they followed the instructions everyone says it is fairly strict....But I have been feeling weak the last few months so I ll give it a try...
On Friday the 23th November, When I went into the consultancy I was first given a biro like metal probe. Told to hold it.
The consultant then told me I had an energy rating of 3.... considering this should be 35 that was bad. Based on this she also asked had I bowel problems... Yes is the anwer...
Also I was weighed... I weighed 15st 7lbs ok now this is where I had to ask is that correct.I was informed that these are they same scales they use in a coronary care ward in a hospital and the scales are checked every month....
At the weight watchers scales I weigh 16 st 8.5 lbs now that doesnt computate at home I weight 16st 5lbs on one scale or 16st 8lbs.
Now to throw a spanner in to the works. I was at a course during the week and I weighed myself on their calibrated industrial scale and I got 216 lbs or 15st 6lbs aproximately.
What is going on are these three scales wrong or these two right....Its a bit of a conspiracy theory now I know the two home ones are cheap digital scales but the weightwatchers should be accurate...or is it...Im gonna have to check out buying an expensive scales.
The consultant told me feeling better is more important than weight loss...
I just wanna be eating the best possible food to avoid weight gain again....

Weigh In and Diet tips

Todays weigh is 16st 5lbs or 103.8727 kilos or 229 lbs with a body fat percentage of 23.7%. Positive progress is good only 26 lbs to go then Im on the road. People are always remarking on the change. Asking me questions how did I do it.. And I tell them usually "you wont like it"... Here is the secret...

  1. Focus have a goal and plan then stick to it......
  2. Hard work and discipline.
  3. Healthy eating no deep fried, highly processed food or overeating or poisoning yourself with alcohol...ie know whats good for you
  4. Coversion of bad eating habits to good eating habits.
  5. Keep changing your habits.
  6. Eat enought to keep you healthy and fit.
  7. Exercise weights and cardio.
  8. Never give up" No surrender"

All come with a disclaimer.... If overdone it may damage your health...

Bad news and ok news

I started back at the gym Sunday went well... Until Monday where upon lifting a barbell off the ground. I felt my back go funny.... Dropped barbell. Agh... I must have been lifting it funny... This time last year I hurt my back it went into spasm....I guess this is a weak point... This also happened after squats. The physio said it was tight hamstrings....This time it was utter.....******.......At least I have learnt this time no more barbells only machine or dumbells. So Im gonna stay out of the gym for at least two weeks. Watch my food....See how my back works out and start again.....Weight in day tomorrow. My back is getting better so....Fingers crossed The weigh in day is tomorrow....

Weigh In

Todays weigh is 16st 7lbs or 104.7798375 kilos or 231 lbs with a body fat percentage of 24.2%.
I planned to go to the gym this starting last Sunday, I spent time deciding what to do and how long for the week or rather 4 days I am not at work. I didnt go once......It all started Saturday night... I went out didnt drink went to the Niteclub got home at 3.00 am went to work for 6.30am. I finished at 1.30 pm. I was wrecked... I went to bed. I went to a gig Sunday evening and got excessively drunk for the evening ended up in the niteclub... enough said about that... I have been thinking about it for a while so now I have made up my mind I am giving up alcohol....It just is taking too much of my life... I dont enough enjoy it... I dont think I ever really did for lots of complicated reason...So thats that! All to the best....
