Todays weigh is 16st 5lbs or 103.8727 kilos or 229 lbs with a body fat percentage of 23.7%. Positive progress is good only 26 lbs to go then Im on the road. People are always remarking on the change. Asking me questions how did I do it.. And I tell them usually "you wont like it"... Here is the secret...
- Focus have a goal and plan then stick to it......
- Hard work and discipline.
- Healthy eating no deep fried, highly processed food or overeating or poisoning yourself with alcohol...ie know whats good for you
- Coversion of bad eating habits to good eating habits.
- Keep changing your habits.
- Eat enought to keep you healthy and fit.
- Exercise weights and cardio.
- Never give up" No surrender"
